Use Blank Check Stock and PrintBoss to Minimize Risk in Sage 300cloud

Many of our customers using PrintBoss choose to use a single blank check stock to print checks for multiple bank accounts. The blank stock is more secure since unused stock does not have company or banking information preprinted on the check face.

Despite technical advances, many businesses still process their payables with preprinted checks.  The use of blank check stock can help them save time and money while reducing the risk of check fraud.  The process is simple but yields big benefits.

To print on blank stock, you must first complete the setup of the check form and record the banking information in PrintBoss. You can even customize the blank stock by adding your company logo. Please refer to the PrintBoss documentation for setup information.

When ready to print checks you would direct the printing to the ‘Print Boss 50’ printer.
