General Manager
Edward holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa and brings over 30 years of experience rooted in Fabrication and CNC Machining — from the Shop Floor through Business Development to Executive leadership. Today he leads IndustriOS, helping discrete manufacturers compete through modern software and hands-on advisory. Based in Toronto, he follows FC Barcelona, F1, and with eternal optimism, the Maple Leafs.

VP, Sales and Marketing
A Concordia University B.Comm. graduate specializing in accountancy, Jacques has built a career spanning sales, marketing, business development and leadership across technology, manufacturing and enterprise software, including senior roles at Microsoft, Epicor and INDUSTRIOS Software. Beyond the boardroom, Jacques is prone to disappearing into the world of sea kayaking, obsessing over hi-res music systems in pursuit of audio perfection, and maintaining an almost indefensible level of faith in the Montreal Canadiens.

VP, Product Operations
Cavelle has seen ERP from both sides of the table: Bristol Myers Squibb's Consumer Packaged Goods division and an SAP consulting firm, then nearly every corner of INDUSTRIOS Software, where she now leads R&D as VP of Product Operations. Endlessly curious and drawn to complex problems, she's still happiest on the shop floor, seeing how things get made. Beyond the boardroom, she's a landlocked Newfoundlander who seizes every chance to get back to the ocean or travel somewhere new. She holds a B.Comm. from Memorial University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

VP, Account Operations
A Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 30 years in consulting, Kelly has spent his career where finance meets the shop floor, helping manufacturers turn ERP systems into tools they actually trust. After honing his craft in advisory services with a regional CA Firm, he joined INDUSTRIOS Software, where he now wears two hats as VP of Account Operations and partial CFO. That means he’s equally at home reconciling a balance sheet and diving into inventory costing. When the work day is done, the Wilfred Laurier Hons.BBA grad is constitutionally unable to sit still. If he isn’t working in the yard, he’s halfway through a household project, with a list of three more waiting.
