Welcome to the INDUSTRIOS Idea Board!
We hope that our customers see their businesses in our software. New features come from listening to and working alongside our customers. We have now put some structure around that idea funnel and have launched a portal where ideas can be submitted, reviewed, voted and commented on by other customers in the community.
Click here to access the portal. Sign up is easy and takes just a couple steps. We are restricting the portal to existing customers and will be controlling access with a User ID and password. Submission and comments can be left anonymous if you prefer.
Please follow the steps below to get started:
1. After accessing the portal page, click ‘Sign Up’
2.You will then need to enter your email address, first and last names and then click Register.
4. You will then receive an email at the above address, granting access and prompting you to create a password.
3. Return to the site, enter your email and password and you’re in! It’s that simple.
Here’s an overview of the idea portal:
A: Click the orange ‘Add a New Idea Button’ to start typing your idea. The idea board will search for similar ideas as you type. If a similar idea is found, you can review the description and status before deciding to complete the entering of your idea.
B: You can sort existing ideas based on how much atttention they’ve been getting. Options are Recent, Trending and Popular.
C: There is a filter available for Status: Already Exists, Will not Implement and Planned.
D: ‘My Ideas’ allows you to filter to only those ideas that were submitted by you.
E: ‘My votes’: allows you to filter to only those ideas that you have voted on.
F: IOS Areas – allows you to filter to see only those ideas specific to an INDUSTRIOS operations area.
We will be reviewing ideas and monitoring comments. Consideration will be given to the number of votes that an idea gets.
