INDUSTRIOS PlantHours
Introducing PlantHours: a new way for Industrios customers to refresh knowledge of features currently in-use, and get exposed to new functionality within Industrios.
Because change is the only constant in manufacturing, (or as Mike Tyson so eloquently said: “everybody’s got a plan until they get punched in the face.”), it’s important to make sure your organization has access to software training tools to adapt to changing conditions. PlantHours is a training program designed to help you do just that.
Training sessions are weekly, each lasting two hours, followed by 30 minutes of configuration assistance and how-to guidance. Topics vary weekly (see below for full list). Training sessions are led by the INDUSTRIOS Customer Support Services Department, and conducted using the latest INDUSTRIOS version. PlantHours is complimentary for all customers that are current on the PlantCare Silver or Titanium Support and Maintenance Programs. For those that aren’t, please contact your account manager to determine how you could have access to PlantHours.
PlantHours can help to improve your operations in many ways, including the following main sets of circumstances:
a) Expand your knowledge with your currently in-use INDUSTRIOS functionality;
b) Get new employees up-to-speed faster;
c) Learn how to leverage features you are currently not using;
d) Stay ahead of the curve by getting in depth insights on new features available in the latest version of INDUSTRIOS.
We are quite energized about the launch of PlantHours. Our vision is that increased knowledge about INDUSTRIOS ERP can only increase your satisfaction with the product. Regular contact with our Customer Support Services group should also increase the sense of community between all of us. Another positive outcome would be that many of you will choose to update the version of INDUSTRIOS you are currently using, thereby minimizing risk of technology obsolescence as well as taking advantage of new version features. We invite you to embrace our vision, and hope you find the intended benefits are relevant to you.
