Introducing PlantChat

INDUSTRIOS Software is pleased to announce the launch of INDUSTRIOS PlantChat, an online appointment booking tool to facilitate the “ask and answer” of short training questions with the INDUSTRIOS team.

Here’s how it works: You select a 15 minute online appointment from the available timeslots. An email is then sent to our recently announced Customer Service Group (CSG). CSG then arranges for the deployment of the appropriate resource to handle your question online at the requested time.

PlantChat is a complement to the INDUSTRIOS Support desk (support@industrios.com) , whose main function is to log calls from customers and address questions of a technical support nature. With PlantChat, INDUSTRIOS customers now have access to training resources to address questions that are beyond technical support, but short of full-fledged training sessions. PlantChat is available to all INDUSTRIOS customers that subscribe to Titanium level service.
