Support for Sage 300 2019 is dropping – In keeping with Sage’s policy of supporting the current and 2 prior versions of their products, Sage 300 2022, 2021 and 2020 will be the versions supported by Sage. If you are currently using version 2019 or earlier you should look to upgrade soon.
Dedicated User Licenses – Sage has always operated on a pooled license concept, meaning that when a user logs in they consume a license from the pool and when they log out it releases the license back to the pool. With 2022, you now have the option to assign a license to a user permanently. What this now allows is for third party integrations (such as Industrios) that use a license when synchronizing with Sage, a license can be reserved for it’s use only. Doing so would ensure that synchronization would not fail due to the lack of an available license. Keep in mind that assigning a permanent license would mean your integration should never fail but it may result in regular users running out of licenses.

Bank Feeds – automatic reconciliation features have been enhanced to provide better matching. At this point, Bank Feeds are still only available for companies in the USA.
More web screen improvements – Sage continues to enhance web screens with a goal of providing the same functionality as the desktop alternative. The Finders have been enhanced to remember previous criteria used and is resizable to be able to see more records and utilize keyboard shortcuts. Web screens added include:
- Reminder List
- GL Chart of Accounts
- AR Customer List
