On-time On-Budget ERP Implementation

Another happy customer. And many happy new users, too. SmithCo, Inc., otherwise known as “the number 1 side dump manufacturer,” is the most recent addition to the family of INDUSTRIOS customers. Following the successful implementation of INDUSTRIOS throughout their operations, they couldn’t be more pleased (and neither could we!).

Another happy customer. And many happy new users, too. SmithCo Mfg., Inc., otherwise known as “the number 1 side dump manufacturer,” is the most recent addition to the family of INDUSTRIOS customers. Following the successful implementation of INDUSTRIOS throughout their operations, they couldn’t be more pleased (and neither could we!).

SmithCo had two requirements when they began looking for an actionable ERP software solution:

1. A partner: SmithCo needed a software company with manufacturing expertise which would be completely invested in a successful implementation and to recognize opportunities for improvement, offer solutions, and to be involved from start to finish to ensure success.

2. A robust program: with the complex nature of SmithCo’s operations, a highly integrated, automated, and efficient system was a must.

SmithCo was impressed with all the commitments INDUSTRIOS made regarding the project. Unlike a previous experience when SmithCo purchased a solution from simply a “software company,” INDUSTRIOS promised success. In fact, INDUSTRIOS exceeded SmithCo’sexpectations. All of them.

We also don’t run – we are very happy where are, and are committed to our customers’ success. Scott Lovell, Operations Manager, remarked, “They (INDUSTRIOS) will stay with you until the job is done and will continue to support you as your business grows with the software.”

  • On-time. After the proposal was submitted, it was completed by a professional and expert team within the timeframe originally quoted. This ensured SmithCo was up-and-running by the promised date with a seamless transition throughout their entire operations. And no disruptions for their customers.
  • On-budget and estimates. True to our word (again), we delivered our promise to complete this project on-budget, and SmithCo was impressed that we remained true to the estimates we provided them. Customer service – and the success of our customers – is central in our work and commitment.
  • No low-balling – or running. As Scott Lovell, Operations Manager, elaborates, some ERP software companies offer very low purchase prices and implementation costs, but then later over-charge their customers for every support request and/or maintenance plan before seeming to disappear. However, this is not how INDUSTRIOS operates, and SmithCo was impressed with our straightforward, no-low-ball approach.
  • Integration. SmithCo was very pleased with the seamless integration between INDUSTRIOS and three key solutions: Quickbooks, and the engineering applicationsAutoCad and Solidworks. This integration eliminated any changes needed to their financial framework, which saved them time and money, avoided disruptions, and ensured continued efficiency throughout their organization.
